Have a blank wall needing some love, but no clue where to start? Let me help!
Together, we will work to create the *perfect* custom piece of artwork to bring new life to your space.
To get started, we will need to discuss size, theme, & budget. I like to have my clients use painter's tape to tape off the estimated size/shape on the wall, to allow you to step back and gauge if this is the right size. Next, you will send me a photo of the taped box, along with dimensions. Then I'll find the closest size in ready made canvas, OR custom build & stretch the canvas myself! (That's the beauty of custom artwork!)
Once we've agreed upon size, you can send me any inspiration photos, including pictures of any fabrics, textures, decor, furniture etc that will be in the space. We want to make sure the art stands out but also flows & complements the rest of the area. We will also determine whether you'd like you piece framed or with painted edges (multiple options available!).
Then we'll discuss timeline. If you need your piece by a specific date, there may be an uncharge depending on my current commissions list. I usually stay booked out ~6 months in advance. When your project is next in cue, I'll reach out to confirm any last minute details before beginning.
Now you sit back, and let me work my magic! I usually share behind the scenes videos & images on my socials as I work, and will try my best to tag you so that you're able to follow along in the process. Don't fret if you see wild colors or shapes in the beginning, though, you have to trust me! Art takes many layers and I've got my own method of madness! I'll send you photos for approval once I'm about 90% finished. At this point, we will discuss any changes you'd like to see made. Up to 2 edits are included in originally agreed upon commission price. Any edits after that will also have an uncharge. We will work together to make sure you are 100% happy & satisfied with your piece before I varnish and frame!
